Tough shit. I was followed all over the place by certain idiots from those boards and even here threads I would start/post on that were NOT flame threads would be wrecked by idiots whose sole purpose was to give me shit. Look what happened to JJ's board.
One more thing, there was a time that if I even mentioned Sludge itself, not talking about the boards, you all would give me such fucking shit.
Now that you know I'm not fond of Sludge anymore, the main page is still okay but not like it used to be, you all just can't get enough of posting about it.

The main Metal Sludge site can be an entertaining read, if you're interested in the featured artists.
I guess at one point it was regarded, along with its messageboards, as direct competition for Glitz. Now, most people can recognize that both have their merits, and the two can co-exist.
The animosity was mainly due to idiots like 'Real Metal' or whatever his name was, coming here and calling everyone fags.
I tried to keep up with the gossip board for a while, but it contained very little that interested me. Each to their own, I guess. I know I can read the main site for entertainment, and come back here for 'mostly intelligent' views/opinions.

I find Sludge very entertaining at times. The MSG board there is rather immature for the most part. I tried to sign up for it but never got accepted. Probably because someone from PBF LA is affiliated. Anything I sent them relating to PBF (CAN) went un noticed, stuff I thought they'd jump at to post on their site. Which believes me to believe Steve has something to do with Sludge.

Stacey, Glitz was regarded as competition to MS?
I never felt that way. I alwayz thought we had our own private little thing going on, with real fans that talked mostly about music. Did most of the Sludgaholicz even know we existed? Not that I care, but I'm surprised to find that the 2 were competing. Just wondering.

ok to answer the questions that were actually asked
1) a neon bitch is a poison security guard usually led by a guy named "big john". they are called this cause they are always wearing the same matching black outfits with the poison green neon outlining them and the poison logo on the back. if you want to meet poison these are the guys that hand out the p*ssy passes.
each member of poison is assigned 1 of these guys. except for brett. usually "big john" is with him and more often than not you'll see a chick with him too and that is the gal that runs brett's fan club stuff. by the way she is ULTRA COOL so i can not see her getting involved in this stuff but...i can see john being a part of it! BTW in my opinion this set of events is the VERY reason brides of destruction (or even motley crue) WILL NOT tour with poison! vince is the one who can not stand these guys after what happened and after him and brett got into fistacuffs over the whole deal that pretty much sealed the deal, so nikki may be just trying to keep the peace long enough for the CRUE to tour and its going to be hard enough to have tommy and vince on the road together but then add in vince being pissed at nikki for going out with poison after their bull and you get the idea
nikki was smart to say no in order to keep the peace within the crue for the reunion without getting vince pissed off at him too for "consorting" with the enemy.
